At the Committee of Supply Debate 2019, Senior Minister of State for Defence Dr Maliki Osman gave an overview of the whole-of-nation effort to guard Singapore and Singaporeans against digital threats.
He shared that MINDEF was working with the National Library Board on an information literacy workshop to better prepare Basic Military Training recruits against digital threats. To reach out to youths, MINDEF had also refreshed the "Guardians of the City" card game this year to include threats from the digital domain.
